Terms of Service
Effective Date: September 27, 2025Welcome to Vinyl Me, Please (“the Service”), operated as VMP, a division of VNYL Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By enrolling through text message, phone call, or mail order, you (“Member,” “you”) agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Membership Overview
Membership grants you one (1) record credit per billing period, redeemable toward “The Best Damn Record of the Month” or any eligible title available in our printed or online catalog. Credits are usable immediately upon purchase and remain active only while you maintain an active membership. Credits have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash or transferred.2. Billing and Renewal
Membership is billed automatically on a 1, 3, 6, or 12-month cycle based on your selection at enrollment. Your card or authorized payment method will be charged the membership fee at each renewal unless canceled prior to the renewal date. No refunds are issued once a renewal has processed. Cancel anytime before your next renewal to avoid additional charges.3. Cancellations and Account Status
You may cancel your membership at any time by texting SOS to 314-300-9979. Upon cancellation, unused credits will remain active until the end of your paid term but will expire if membership lapses.4. Shipping and Fulfillment
All shipments are governed by the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Rule (16 CFR Part 435).If an item becomes unavailable, we may substitute a comparable title or offer you the option to swap or receive a credit refund to your account.
We aim to fulfill all orders within the period stated in the catalog or order confirmation.
5. SMS Enrollment and Messaging Terms
By texting VMP, JOIN, or otherwise providing your mobile number to enroll, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from VMP aka The Best Damn Record Club regarding your membership, including transactional updates and promotional offers.-
Message frequency varies; typically 2–4 messages per month.
