Laufey is a singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and a producer whose modern jazz music touches on love, both self and external, and exploration. Her influences trace back to cratedigging through her father's records and uncovering jazz through the music of Ella Fitzgerald, Billie Holiday and others. In her debut album, featuring string performances by her mother and sister on the album's title track, Laufey goes through the journey of love and unveils a special intimacy with the listener.
Limited to 500 copies, the VMP exclusive edition of Laufey's Everything I Know About Love is pressed on 1LP Opaque Olive Green vinyl at GZ Vinyl. The record will arrive in a single direct-to-board, foil stamped and hand-numbered jacket. It also includes a 12-page booklet.
