Meet our newest VMP Rising artist, Junior Mesa. "Words are so hard for me. Talking to people and trying to explain what I’m trying to get across is so hard for me. But I think writing music and forcing myself to write lyrics so that I can sing has really helped and I’ve learned how to get past that and grow more as a lyricist," Mesa told Vinyl Me, Please. While he may only be 20 and claim to not feel confident expressing himself in his life, his music is amongst the most warm, soulful and intimate you'll find on Soundcloud. Peace is the endearing sound of a young artist beyond his years bringing the soul of the past into the context of the present, all while learning to express his innermost desires.
