What is VMP 100?

Eight years ago, VMP boxed up our first few records by hand and sent them out to a small group of people who adore music just as much as we do — all in the hopes of creating a deeper connection to music through vinyl, together. Three additional tracks, over 500 store exclusives, an ever-growing community, and countless indispensable stories later, we’re celebrating our 100th Essentials Record of the Month: MIA’s Kala. To honor this milestone, we’re repressing some of our most beloved ROTMs: 10 titles to explore together that are just as vital to your collection now as they were when we first featured them.

What are the 10 repress titles?

How do I get these titles if I AM a VMP member?

A couple ways, actually.

These fan-favorite albums are currently available exclusively to VMP members for store purchase (while quantities last).

→ Swaps
You can also expect some to pop up in SWAPs later this year.

How do I get these titles if I’m NOT a VMP member?

→ Start your membership with a VMP 100 title
These fan-favorite albums are currently available exclusively to VMP members. You can begin your membership with the VMP 100 title of your choice by clicking on the product card and 'Join the Club' to get that record & more delivered each month + many more perks. 

Interested in multiple VMP 100 titles? Some are still available for store purchase (members only & while quantities last). And you will also see them as options to swap throughout your membership.

Is the title I want sold out already?

If the product says 'Waitlist Me,’ then there is currently no stock available. We strongly suggest joining the waitlist for that product, as there may be additional units released throughout the campaign.

When will these titles ship?

If you are joining as a new member, within 7-10 business days. If you are an existing member making a store purchase, you can choose Direct Ship for 7-10 business days or 'bundled' to get it around the middle of the upcoming month.

Why did you pick these 10 titles?

Will the packaging be different in any way?

All of the represses will include updated VMP branding & OBI strips, except for Al Green’s Call Me. Outkast’s Stankonia & Spiritualized Ladies and Gentlemen… were originally released with the updated branding & OBI strips, while the others will be different from their original.

Will they be numbered?

No they are not, as is consistent will all of the Records of the Month pressings.
