Washed Out is back with a completely new sound and we are loving it. He’s found a new home at Stones Throw and judging by this new single, it’s a match made in heaven. All We Are are back with an incredibly in your face single, a far cry from their fuzzy almost lo-fi tracks on their debut. It’s exciting growth for the relatively young band that we welcome with open arms.

New artist forecast: Aldous Harding, an intriguing new artist from New Zealand, is back with her second album. The title track featured on this week’s playlist wraps you up in swirling echo’s of her distinct voice. Everything about Aldous is stellar: her quirky sense of humor, her live show that drowns you in intimacy, and her gorgeous sophomore album ‘The Party’.
